On yesterday 345 people were vaccinated by
Cahaba Medical Care
in partnership with the City of Uniontown, CHOICE and its amazing volunteers, Horseshoe Farm Project, Uniontown Police Department,Robert C. Hatch High School
HOSA and the citizens who provided transportation for their neighbors, loved ones, church members, etc.Without you this opportunity would not have been as successful as it was.
