WRAP A TREE Fundraiser
The holidays are a special time of year for our community and its families. CHOICE welcomes your partnership to create a Trail of Trees at its Uniontown location. With a donation of just $100, we invite you to wrap a tree with your separately purchased decorations. Your sponsorship includes the tree, signage to include your name, and electricity. Trees will be displayed from mid November through December 31, 2020.
Click on the donate button above then email your logo to info@choiceuniontown.org. If you would like to donate your sponsored tree to a local classroom, community group or nonprofit organization who may be interested in decorating a tree, please let us know. We will make contact with our local school, community group and nonprofits and let you know who the recipient of your generosity becomes.
Adopt a Child
For the second year, our community youth will have the opportunity to create a list of items they WANT, NEED, READ, and WEAR. We invite you to adopt a child and make some of their holiday wishes come true.

If you would like to make a financial donation for our adopt- a-child initiative, the recommended gift is $50.00.
We will send one of our volunteers shopping for your adopted child.
Donate a New Unwrapped Toy
We want to ensure that every child receives a gift during this holiday season. Therefore, on December 19, 2020, we will host a DRIVE THRU TOY GIVEAWAY.
We are asking our community friends to donate a new unwrapped toy to the cause. You can drop off the toy at the CHOICE Center located at 60 Hamburg Duncan Rd, Uniontown, AL 36786. You can also have your purchased items shipped directly to us at PO Box 1037, Uniontown, Alabama 36786 or use the physical address above. You can also choose to make a charitable donation.
